Kansai Nerolac Paints today said its net profit rose by 17.93% to Rs 61.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 over the same period last fiscal.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 51.92 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 Kansai Nerolac Paints said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Net sales of the company rose to Rs 651.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 as against Rs 525.08 crore for the corresponding period previous fiscal.
Shares of the Kansai Nerolac Paints today closed at Rs 890.05 on BSE, down 2.08% from its previous close.
