Network18 revamps broadcast and digital business newsroom

The new division will be led by Senthil Chengalvarayan who will work closely with R Jagannathan, Editor-In-Chief of Network18's web operations

Network18 Group has set up an integrated newsroom and named ‘Network18 Business Newsroom’ which will comprise of CNBC-TV18, CNBC Awaaz, CNBC-TV18 Prime HD and Moneycontrol.com.

It will aim to provide seamless broadcast and digital synergies from both a newsgathering and output perspective across the brands.

The division will be led by Senthil Chengalvarayan who will work closely with R Jagannathan, editor-in-chief of Network18’s web and publishing stable which includes Moneycontrol.com, Sanjay Pugalia, Editor-In-Chief, CNBC Awaaz and the editorial leads at CNBC-TV18.

Chengalvarayan is currently the President & Editorial Director for TV18 Business Media, has been with the Group for 19 years and has also held the mantle of the managing editor for CNBC-TV18.
