Neuland Lab Q2 profit increases 11.5% to Rs 3.4 cr
Company posted a net profit of Rs 3 cr in the same period of previous fiscal
BS Reporter Hyderabad Hyderabad-based Neuland Laboratories Limited reported an 11.5 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 3.4 crore for the quarter ended September 2013 on marginal improvement in profitability due to lower costs.
Its net profit stood at Rs 3 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The bulk drug and complex intermediates manufacturer registered revenues of Rs 105 crore for the quarter under review, down from Rs 118 crore in the year ago period.
