The company's revenues for the fourth quarter too grew by 47 per cent to stand at Rs 243.50 crore as compared with Rs 166.20 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. |

On a sequential basis, NIIT Techologies registered a 32.65 per cent rise in net profit over the previous quarter's figures of Rs 34.60 crore, while the revenues recorded 5.18 per cent increase over the previous quarter's figure of Rs 231.50 crore. |

The company saw a contribution of Rs 15.2 crore from its business process management (BPM) segment, which was previously running at a loss. The IT solutions recorded 228.3 crore, contributing 94 per cent to the company's revenues, while the remaining revenues came from the BPM segement. The company supplemented its order book by a committed business of $72 million (around Rs 300 crore) during the quarter. |

Commenting on the full year results, Arvind Thakur, chief executive officer, NIIT Technologies said, "The consistent all-round growth in revenues and profitability in all the four quarters is a result of our single-minded focus on building strength in the chosen verticals." Among the verticals, BFSI contributed 42 per cent to the revenues along with transportation. Retail and manufacturing contributed 25 per cent and 12 per cent respectively. |

Europe continued to provide the maximum share of business to the company, representing 50 per cent of its total revenues, while the US contributed 32 per cent during the year. |
