Northgate raises $30mn on Luxembourg bourseBS Reporter / New Delhi October 26, 2007Northgate Technologies today informed the BSE that it has raised $30 million on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange under the Euro MTF market. The company had issued 3.66 million global depository receipts (GDRs) on October 23, 2007, at a price of $8.20 per GDR aggregating $30 million.Each GDR represents half of one equity share of the company.Northgate
