NSEL investors ask EOW to not release assets of Mohan India

The company is supposed to pay Rs 771 cr of which only Rs 23.95 cr has been paid so far

NSEL investors have written a letter to the joint commissioner of police to not release properties of Mohan India which have been attached by EOW as they have defaulted in payments. 
 
Mohan India and associates had earlier signed an agreement to pay the investors Rs 771 crore and was expected to pay Rs 120 crore by January 31 has paid only Rs 23.95 crore so far. 
 
Mohan India which had earlier asked EOW to release their sugar stocks amounting to Rs 20 crore which the company had to sell and divert the money to the escrow account, but the company has only sold sugar worth Rs 12.95 crore  stating that the quantity of sugar was not good. Also Mohan India has also asked EOW to release cars which were frozen in the process.
