National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has floated a 51:49 joint venture with Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB) - Vaishali Power Generating Company - to take over the Muzaffarpur Thermal Power Station (2x110 MW) located in Bihar.This was announced in a release issued by NTPC to the BSE today.
