Apart from Bhubaneswar, Ola is keen to extend its services to other major towns like Cuttack and Rourkela.

Customers in the city can book cabs by downloading the free Ola app for Android and Windows. Ola mini is available at Rs 49 for the first two km, after which charges will be Rs 12 per km. Similarly, sedans can be booked at Rs 49 for the first two km and after this, one has to pay Rs 15 per km.
Apart from a host of security features such as live GPS tracking, continuous driver verification and training, Ola has recently introduced an SOS button in the app. Users can set their emergency contact's name, contact number and email id on the app.
