Omaxe launches new commercial project in Punjab

Real estate developer Omaxe Limited today announced launching of a new commercial project in Punjab.

‘India Trade Tower’ dubbed as the tallest commercial building of Punjab, with a realisation value of Rs 120 crore, is slated to be complete within two-and-half years from the commencement of construction.

The India Trade Tower that would boast of offices and retail spaces, would be a contemporary building in Ground +19 floors format having total area of 2,45,000 sq ft.

Additional Vice President (Sales and Marketing) Ritesh Sehgal said India Trade Tower aimed to fulfill the aspirations and needs of companies and the business community of Chandigarh. The company has announced Rs 4,430 per sq feet as the launch price for the commercial space in the project.

Sehgal said this office-cum -shopping complex would be a part of the proposed Global Business Park which will be an international hotel and business hub spread over about 26 acres. This project would carry a realisation value of about Rs 1,000 crore.

The business park is part of the proposed integrated township Omaxe Chandigarh Extension. The Omaxe Chandigarh Extension, which is planned over 1,000 acres of land, would be an integrated township by Omaxe to meet the burgeoning housing demand of Chandigarh. Omaxe has 10 ongoing residential and commercial projects in Punjab.
