Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) today reported a 22.29% increase in net profit at Rs 4,138.25 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005 as against Rs 3,383.87 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2004.According to a release issued by ONGC to the BSE today, total income increased 10.20% to Rs 13,543.31 crore in Q2FY06 from Rs 12,289.29 crore in Q2FY05.
