Oracle Financial Services Software today reported a 24.26% increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 282.42 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2010.
The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 227.28 crore for the October-December quarter last fiscal, Oracle Financial Services Software said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The consolidated revenue of the company also jumped to Rs 737.63 crore in the December quarter from Rs 727.16 crore in the year-ago period, the filing added.
"During the quarter, we won several top-tier customers in Asia, Europe and the United States and continue to meet the growing requirements of the global financial services industry through sustained investments in our products and services," Oracle Financial Services Software MD & CEO Chet Kamat said.
