Osim India Limited, supplier and dealer of lifestyle products and part of the Delhi-based, Paramount Surgimed Limited, is expecting to report a 30 per cent growth in sales to Rs 50 crore by the end of the financial year(FY).
Being present in four sectors of health, hygiene, fitness and nutrition, almost 90 per cent of the revenue is contributed by the health segment, offering 34 product categories, currently.
Another four new products are in the offing, which will be introduced by the end of the current financial year(FY)
Shaily Grover, managing director of Osim India, said, "We hope to post a turnover of Rs 50 crore by the end of the current financial year and grow by at least 30 per cent. We will also offer another four new products in the health segment and plan to consolidate our position in this sector."
The company aimed to add one outlet in Guwahati, in the eastern region, as a part of its expansion strategy to grow from 23 to 28 retail outlets by 2012.
Each store would cost about Rs 1 crore and its expansion could cost Rs 50 crore, funded mainly through internal accruals, debt and equity.
