The service has been rolled out across OYO Rooms hotels in Gurgaon, Bengaluru and Chennai, and will be implemented across all rooms aggregated by the online tech firm in the country in coming weeks.
"Our vision is to provide quality customer experience to anyone, anywhere looking for a place to stay when not at home. Internet connectivity and digital TV solutions are important components of this experience," said Abhinav Sinha, COO, OYO Rooms, in a statement.
Airtel previously tied up with ride-hailing company Uber to power in-car 4G access to its customers on the go. Further, all driver partners of Uber are being given 4G powered handsets that utilize Airtel's network service.
