ICICI-Prudential Asset Management Company today accepted the resignation of managing director and CEO Pankaj Razdan. The board has appointed chief investment officer Nilesh Shah as deputy managing director and CEO.The board also accepted the resignation of its non-executive and non wholetime director Ajay Srinivasan.
