The company claimed that the new range would have 100 per cent natural ingredients and would come in flavours like 'Fresh Garlic', 'Tangy Jalapeno', 'Smoked Paprika', 'Four Pepper', 'Plain Cheese' and 'Olives & Herbs'.
Devendra Shah, chairman, Parag Milk Foods said, “Industry estimates peg the total cheese market in India at 25,000 tonnes valued at Rs 625 crore, growing at more than 20 per cent. Parag Milk Foods intends to dominate cheese market. We are thrilled to add these international flavors to our existing range of cheese products.” Parag has a production capacity of around 8,000 tonnes per annum.

The company claimed that it had the largest range of cheese products in the country and the new range would further strengthen its presence in the category.
The new spreads are available in 200 gram tub at various supermarkets across India and are priced at Rs 70.
Parag Milk Foods is one of the India’s largest private dairy product manufacturers in the country having plants at Manchar in Maharashtra and Palamner in Andhra Pradesh.
It also has a dairy farm called Bhagyalaxmi where it hosts 3,500 Holstein Freisens cows.
