Pav is executive asst mgr for Hyd Intl Convention Centre

Pavithran Nambiar (Pav) and Joy Ghosh have been appointed as the executive assistant manager and director of sales and marketing respectively for Hyderabad International Convention Centre and Novotel Hyderabad.

In his new role, Pav will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the two properties while Joy will be responsible for marketing and sales functions.

Pav has been with Accor since August 2001 and prior to his current assignment, he was hotel manager at Mercure Grand Hotel in Melbourne. Joy has over 10 years of experience and has worked for a Japanese trading company before joining the hospitality industry. Prior to this appointment, he was head of sales and marketing at the Leela Palace Kempinski, Bangalore.

Novotel Hyderabad is an international business hotel adjoining the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.

Both the properties are owned by Dubai-based Emaar Properties PJSC and Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Investment Corporation. They are operated by Accor, one of the world's leading hospitality management companies.
