Pharma firms to meet in Noida

The focus of the pharmaceutical industry has shifted from the south to the north and many large players are now setting up plants in Baddi in Himachal Pradesh and in Uttaranchal.

A biotech park has been finalised in Punjab. Keeping this in view, CIDEX Trade Fairs Pvt Ltd, one of the country's foremost exhibition and fair management companies, has decided to organise INTERKAMA INDIA 2005 in Greater Noida.

This is a biennial event, held in 2003 in Hydrabad for the first time. The event will be held during October 1-3 at the India Exposition Centre in Greater Noida.

The event would be a combination of three shows; Interkama (on automation and instruments), Pharma India (on pharmaceutical machinery, pharmaceutical packaging) and analytical instrument and Bio Tech India Integration (on biotech products and services).

Ltd., the 50:50 joint venture company of Messe Duesseldorf and Koelnmesse International, have brought back the brand as a second edition, this year.

INTERKAMA India 2005 will showcase, Process and Manufacturing Automation, Instrumentation and Integrated IT-Solutions.

The product line on display encompasses the entire range that is required in this specialized industry segment. The exhibition is supported by one of the most respected international bodies ISA- Asia Pacific District.
