Phillips Carbon Black is planning a feasibility study for setting up a carbon black manufacturing facility in Vietnam.According to a release issued by Phillips Carbon Black to the BSE today, chairman Sanjiv Goenka signed an MoU with Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, a board member of Vietnam National Chemical Corporation (Vinachem), in the presence of the Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung."This will be PCBL's first overseas venture, and will pave the way for increasing its global footprint. PCBL's global ranking now is 9th, which is expected to improve after the completion of various projects in the next 18 months," Goenka said.
