About 1.02 million shares of Piramal Life Sciences changed hands today in a block deal on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The buyers and sellers were not immediately known.
The shares climbed 1.4% to Rs. 109.2 during early trade, opening at Rs 110 over the previous close.
Currently the shares are hovering at Rs 108.50, up 0.79%.
