Plethico Pharma to buy US-based NatrolBS Reporter / Mumbai November 19, 2007Plethico Pharmaceuticals has signed an agreement to acquire Natrol, a US-based manufacturer and marketer of nutritional products, for $80.7 million. Under the terms of the agreement, all outstanding Natrol shares will be acquired for a cash price of $4.40 per share, totaling to around $80.7 million, the Indore-based pharmaceutical company said in a release issued to the BSE today.
