The board of directors of Polaris Software, which met today, approved a proposal for buyback of shares at Rs 115 per share.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the board has set an upper limit of Rs 49 crore for the buyback.The stock closed at Rs 112 on the BSE today.
