Powersoft Global Solutions has invested Rs 2.6 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary RFID Global Solutions.
Powersoft Global has subscribed 26 lakh equity share of RFID Global Solutions of the face value of Rs 10 each, the company said release to Bombay Stock Exchange. The subsidiary was earlier called as Concentric RF Systems.
