Pratibha Ind bags Rs 150 cr order from DMRC

Infrastructure development firm Pratibha Industries today said it has bagged an order worth Rs 150 crore from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for construction related works.

The company has secured a "Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)" project for the construction of a multi level parking with commercial development at the New Delhi Railway station-cum -Airport terminal of Airport Express line," Pratibha Industries said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The project involves construction of four levels of car parking and two levels of commercial space, the filing said.

The project is estimated to be completed in 15 months and would have a concession period of 30 years, the filing added. The company would recover the cost of the project through collection of parking charges and lease rentals of the commercial property, it added.

Shares of Pratibha Industries were today trading at Rs 209.45 on the BSE, up 1.65 per cent from its previous close.
