The initial public offering of Prime Focus has managed to receive 1.23 times subscription. The QIB portion of the issue, which offered greenshoe option as well, was subscribed 1.03 times while the retail portion was 1.68 times subscribed. The HNI subscription was 1.07 times.The post production company entered the capital market with an IPO of Rs 100 crore with a green shoe option of Rs 15 crore. Keeping the green shoe portion excluded, the issue received 1.42 times subscription.The price band intitally was fixed at Rs 450 to Rs 500 per share, but the bidding was extended 3 June and the price band was revised to Rs 417 to Rs 500. The issue opened on 25 May and was scheduled to close on 31 May.
