Mumbai-based information technology solutions company, Prisma Global Limited, is on the look out for acquiring three companies in the digital media space at various intervals in the next three years, according to chairman and group CEO Shreeram Iyer.

“Since we already have products in our portfolio, which came in through the acquisition of Prisma Gmbh, what we are primarily looking at now are companies that are focussed on catering to other firms. We are open to acquiring companies in India and abroad for anywhere between $3 million and $5 million each,” he told Business Standard.

Prisma Global, had in August this year, acquired Prisma Gmbh, a German company focused on business intelligence, enterprise content and management systems, for euro 3.3 million (Rs 27 crore).  The acquisition brings to Prisma the intellectual property of technologies developed by the German company.
