Construction and engineering company Punj Lloyd has bagged a project for $500 million from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Petronas - the oil and gas major in Malaysia.According to a release issued by Punj Lloyd to the BSE today, the scope of work involves engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a 512 kiliometre onshore natural gas pipeline from the proposed Sabah oil and gas teminal in Kimanis, Sabah to the Petronas liquefied natural gas complex in Bintulu, Sarawak.Sembawang Engineers & Constructors (Sembawang E&C), a subsidiary of Punj Lloyd, recently got a S$400 million contract from Marina Bay Sands to construct and build the north podium of Marina Bay Sands' integrated resort.
