The board of directors of Punj Lloyd have approved an investment of Rs 138 crore in the equity share capital of Global Health.According to a release issued by Punj to the BSE today, the company's board in its meet yesterday approved the proposal to invest in the Delhi-based company promoted by Dr. Trehan for implementing the Medicity Project.'The investment is subject to the parties entering into a shareholders agreement on mutually acceptable terms and conditions', the release added.
