The Anil Dhirubhai Ambani (ADA) Group’s flagship company Reliance Infrastructure (R-Infra) has developed a unique training module to improve employee productivity, leadership qualities and to train technical professionals in the electricity distribution business.
R-Infra has registered the training modules with the Registrar of Copyrights, under the Ministry of Human Resources and plans to launch the programmes on a commercial scale after patenting the learning modules, say company officials.
The learning modules mainly consists of behavioral training, to improve leadership qualities of management executives and for those interacting with customers, and technical training, for professionals in the electricity distribution business.
EM-Power — the leadership development initiative, helps in self-introspection, effective thinking, decision-making, coaching, collaboration and execution. It is a 14-week long training and was originally designed for the divisional heads of Mumbai distribution.
