Reliance Infrastructure (R-Infra) today reported a 6 per cent jump in its net profit at Rs 375 crore ($81 million) for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.
The Anil Ambani-led firm had registered a profit of Rs 356 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year, company said in a statement.
Total operating income of the company grew 4 per cent to Rs 3,824 crore ($823 million), as against Rs 3,671 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 1,107.75 a piece, down 2.05 per cent, on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
