The company sold over 10 million cases of IMFL during 2004-05, a growth of 58% over previous years sales of 6.34 million cases.  During the period, the company added another brand, Old Admiral Brandy, into the coveted millionaire club. The brand sold 1.40 million cases during last fiscal clocking a growth of over 100% over the previous fiscal.  Radico already has two millionaire brands, 8 PM Whisky and Contessa Rum, which further consolidated their position in the market with sales going up to 3.26 and 2.73 million cases respectively.  "Reaching a milestone sales figure of 10 million cases is testimony to our efforts to provide Indian consumers with quality products with best possible pricing. Going ahead, we would further enlarge our brand portfolio and be present in all segments at every price points," Radico Khaitan managing director Abhishek Khaitan told.  He said the company aimed a CAGR of 30% in the next three years adding more millionaire club brands.  For the current fiscal (2005-06) the company plans to add its recently acquired brand Whytehall into the millionaire club, and is targeting 25% jump in sales turnover and about 30-35% growth in profits.  "Whytehall Whisky will be the next million case brand of the company. Radico took over the entire stake of Bacardi International in Whytehall India Ltd in the year 2004-05 and with this takeover the sales of Whytehall whisky has reached over half million cases," Khaitan said.  He added, "In the current financial year an investment of Rs 10 crore will be put in for the Whytehall brand and it would be introduced in new markets/CSD/Export."  Besides, white spirits will be the flavour of growth this year with the company looking at introducing a Vodka brand and increasing the presence of its test-marketed white rum brand. The company already has Magic Moment Gin in its product portfolio.  Radico today has 24 contract bottling units apart from its own units across the country. The company will invest 85 crore in the next two years to buy a distillery in Maharashtra or South India and plans to buy or set up seven more bottling units in states like Haryana, Punjab, Assam, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh etc.  Khaitan said that brand acquisition strategy would also be pursued aggressively to further increase the company's market share in Indian IMFL market from the present about 11%.
