Rajeev Dubey takes over as National HRD Network president for 2013-15

National HRD Network (NHRDN), the apex body of HRD professionals in the country, today announced the nomination of Rajeev Dubey as its new national president for 2013-15, said a press release.

Dubey is president and member of the group executive board of Mahindra & Mahindra and succeeds S Y Siddiqui, chief operating officer, administration (HR, IT, Finance & COSL) – Maruti Suzuki India as the NHRDN national president.

Speaking on his appointment, Rajeev Dubey, national president, NHRDN, said, “As one of India’s premier HR bodies, NHRDN is committed to enhancing the capability of human capital and make an impactful contribution in enhancing competitiveness and creating value for society. I feel privileged and honoured to take this mandate forward.”

Dubey has been with Mahindra & Mahindra since January 2004 after a career spanning 29 years in the Tata Group, which he joined in 1975. He spent 21 years with Tata Steel, and the next 7 years as managing director and CEO first of Tata Metaliks and then of Rallis India.
