Consulting and outsourcing major Mercer has named ex-Hewitt outsourcing head Rajeev Grover as head of its global operations and shared services center in Gurgaon.
Staffed with almost 500 full-time employees, the Mercer global operations and shared services center provides back-office processing services to Mercer business lines. The Gurgaon operations will support Mercer’s global outsourcing, consulting and information product solutions business lines.
