Rajesh Exports bags Rs 116cr diamond orderBS Reporter / Mumbai/ Bangalore December 13, 2007Bangalore-based Rajesh Exports has bagged a branded diamond jewellery order for Rs 116 crore from Excel Goldsmiths, Sharjah, UAE.According to a release issued by Rajesh Exports, this is the company's maiden export order for diamond jewellery. It had recently introduced nine brands of diamond jewellery. The order is for six brands - Eternal, Solitaire, I-teen, Ghazal, Aishwarya and Sushmita. The order is to be delivered by March 2008.The diamond jewellery is to be made by using VVS1 G H colour diamonds, and the order is expected to have a positive impact on the profitability of the company, the statement said.
