Rajesh Exports has posted a 10.72% growth in its net profit to Rs 18.66 crore when compared with Rs 16.86 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal, according to the unaudited results of the company. The increase in the net profit is primarily due to the company getting better margins as compared to the corresponding quarter, the company said in a release.The revenue for the quarter at Rs 1,512.73 crore grew 28.95% as against Rs 1,173.14 crore for the corresponding quarter in previous fiscal-ended June 30, 2005. The company attributed the growth in revenue to the substantial increase in export of designer jewellery.
