The allotment committee of the board of directors of Ramco Systems have allotted 6,11,449 shares on preferential basis at Rs 331 per share to the promoter group.The promoter group will invest Rs20.24 crore through the issue. This was announced in a release issued to the BSE today."The committee, however, did not proceed with the allotment of warrants to Halcyon Resources and Management Consulting," the release added.
