ADAG group company Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd (RBNL) today announced appointment of Asheesh Chatterjee as the chief financial officer.
Chatterjee will lead finance and legal functions of the business and spearhead initiatives like fund raising, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, the company said in a statement.
"Asheesh's varied finance background across critical financial and legal portfolios, will add tremendous value to Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd, which is a young company at a critical growth juncture," RBNL CEO Tarun Katial said.
Chatterjee, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant has about 15 years of work experience across sectors such as consulting, financial services, manufacturing, media and entertainment,
He has held senior finance positions with leading companies like Moser Baer, Multi Screen Media, ICICI Prudential Asset Management and Ernst & Young, the statement added.
