Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (RCF) and Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals will sign an agreement on January 20, 2007 to set up a JV firm in Rajasthan.According to an official release issued by RCF to the BSE today, the two companies had earlier signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly carry out a detailed feasibility study for setting up a DAP plant of 850 MTPD capacity at an estimated project cost of approximately Rs 400 crore, at Kapasan, Rajasthan.
