Reliance Communications, an integrated telecom service provider, today launched Reliance Mobile Stores (RMS) in the state capital, in a bid to reach the doorsteps of the customers.
These stores were inaugurated at Indira Nagar, Rae Bareli Road and Sitapur Road.
"The basic idea behind establishing these RMS is to provide all the products and services and efficient customer care to our subscribers within the minimum distance of the locality they reside in," said RCom Regional Head (UP and Uttrakhand) Saleem Haq, while inaugurating the mobile stores.
"A total of 139 such RMS will be operational in UP and 11 in Uttrakhand soon. Lucknow will have 10 such RMS," Haq said.
He said that the RMS will provide services like pre-paid and post paid connections, data card connections, recharge and tariff vouchers and bill payment facility.
