The Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG)-controlled Reliance Capital Ventures today filed a revised information memorandum with the stock exchanges for listing the company.An ADAG spokesperson said the company was expected to be listed this weekend.The company would be the first among the four new companies, which were transferred by the Mukesh Ambani group to ADAG, to be listed on the exchanges.Anil Ambani had taken over as chairman of the four new companies at the first meeting of the re-constituted boards on February 8. The ADA group had said the boards reviewed the listing documents, including draft information memoranda, and decided to revise it with "correct information and details".Reliance Capital Ventures did not mention the changes made in the information memorandum.
