 "Reliance Brands inks pact with Scotch & Soda")
Reliance Brands, a part of Reliance Industries on Wednesday announced a long-term master franchise agreement with Amsterdam based fashion brand Scotch & Soda. Under this agreement, Reliance Brands will set up Scotch & Soda stores in all major cities in India by 2017.
Reliance will grow the brand through other channels of sale in India, such as ecommerce, travel commerce, and leading multi-brand department stores, it said.
Through this partnership, Reliance Brands Limited will offer Scotch & Soda products across menswear, womenswear and childrenswear categories through all channels of sale.
Currently, Scotch & Soda has over 160 stores, and can be found in over 8000 doors including the best global department-stores and independents worldwide and in the brand’s webstore.
