Reliance General Insurance offers cross-sale advantage

Currently, the insurer offers 5% discount on buying its women-specific health plan

Reliance General Insurance Company launched a health plan last month called Reliance 'HealthGain'. The company said that this product was designed to focus and support the healthcare needs of women.
 
The insurer is currently offering a 5% discount on buying this plan. However, this discount is available only for those customers who are existing policyholders with Reliance General Insurance. 
 
Rakesh Jain, CEO of Reliance General Insurance says, "Going ahead, we plan to give more discounts on motor and householder policies, if the buyer is an existing policyholder."

This cross-sell advantage will benefit both the customer as well as the insurer.
 
For instance, if you already have a motor policy from Reliance, you will be entitled to a five% discount if you wish to buy their health plan recently launched.
 
The new plan provides pricing benefits to single women, widows and divorcees. The product comes with wide range of sum insured and can be renewed till the customer desires with no exit age.

Further, Reliance HealthGain offers pricing benefits on the total family premium in case of the inclusion of girl child.
