Reliance Jio reports net loss of Rs 6.45 cr

Reliance Jio Infocomm, formerly known as Infotel Broadband Services, on Tuesday reported a net loss of Rs 6.45 crore for the six months ended March 31, 2014. The company had reported a net loss of Rs 2.82 crore for the corresponding six months last year, it said in a filing to the BSE.

The company, owned by Mukesh Ambani led Reliance Industries, reported a total income of Rs 2 lakh for the reported period as compared to Rs 3 lakh last year. For the year ended March 31, 2014, the company reported a net loss of Rs 10.51 crore as compared to Rs 5.75 crore last time.
