Reliance Industries is planning to invest over Rs 5,000 crore to set up city gas distribution projects covering eight cities in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh.Reliance is planning to set up gas distribution networks in Visakhapatnam,Kakinada, Vijayawada, Nalgonda and Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh and Sholapur, Pune and Thane in Maharashtra, according to a proposal submitted to the petroleum ministry.
