Religare Enterprises has fixed the issue price of its initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 185 per share.The company had come out with an IPO of 75,76,102 equity shares of Rs 10 each in a price band of Rs 160 and Rs 185 per share. The issue opened on October 29, 2007, and closed on November 1, 2007. The issue was subscribed approximately around 161 times. Religare is promoted by the promoters of Ranbaxy Laboratories.
