Block deals for 6.14 million shares, valued at Rs 384.16 crore, were executed on the BSE on Tuesday. The NSE witnessed block deals for 1.42 million shares worth of Rs 21.20 crore.Major block deals took place in State Bank of India (SBI), JK Cement, K Sera Sera Productions and Nova Petrochemicals on the BSE. CLSA Mauritius bought 34.45 lakh equity shares of SBI for a total consideration of Rs 368.66 crore. The same FII sold 3.95 lakh shares of JK Cement on the BSE.BSMA purchased 7.50 lakh shares of K Sera Sera Productions at an average market price of Rs 56.34 per share from BNP Paribas Arbitradge (1.78 lakh equity shares), Savita Gupta (1.64 lakh) and Meena Gupta (1.58 lakh).Deepak Stock Broking bought 1.32 lakh equity shares of Nova Petrochemicals for a total consideration of Rs 2.03 crore.
