Reliance Industries (RIL) is planning to invest $ 5.5-6 billion to increase its Jamnagar oil refinery capacity to 60 million tonne by 2009. "Most of the expanded capacity would be for export to North and South America, Gulf countries, Europe and some African countries," a company official said today.
