Mumbai-based infrastructure construction company Roman Tarmat was listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) today at Rs 306.25, a 75% premium to its offer price of Rs 175 a share. The share was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) at Rs 295 - a premium of nearly 69%.The scrip zoomed to a high of Rs 387 on the NSE on the back of heavy demand from institutional investors. The company had come out with an initial public offering of 29 lakh shares in a price band of Rs 150-175 per share. The issue was subscribed 30 times. Roman Tarmat provides engineering, procurement and construction services for infrastructure projects sponsored by the government/government agencies.
