Rs 12cr hosiery park to come up at Tirupur

J S Promoters will be setting up a hosiery park at an investment of Rs 12 crore on four acres in Tirupur, the country's garment manufacture hub, according to a press release.

The project, J S Hosiery Park, will offer over 23 sheds with a common recreation hall and a canteen.

Each shed will possess a built up area of 6,000 square feet (Ground + two floors) and a land area of 4,200 square feet with a price range of Rs 50 and Rs 70 lakh, said the release. The park will be ready for occupation in January 2007.
