The company would launch products like breakfast cereals, tomato concentrate, jellies and soya chunks.
“In two-three years, we would have at least three-four new products in the ready-to-cook category,” said Satendra Aggarwal, chief operating officer of Ruchi Soya Industries.
It would initially test launch the products followed by a selective expansion across the country. Ruchi plans to bring its Nutrella Instant ready-to-cook soya chunks to the south market in the next five months, which it had launched in northern markets a few months ago.
