The Supreme Court today said there would be fresh bidding for the revival of Super Bazaar as the consortium of Indian Potash and Indian Labour Cooperative Society, which came forward to revamp the co-operative, had fallen apart.A bench comprising Justice S H Kapadia and Justice B Sudershan Reddy directed the official liquidator - Central Registrar of Co-operative Society - to take steps for inviting fresh bids within four weeks.The court also directed the refund of Rs 65 crore deposited by Indian Potash as initial fund to revive Super Bazaar.
